RENOLIT-INDUSTRY STANDARD SETTER
• Initiated by plastic steel profiles, outdoor decorative films, adhesives, film processing plants and other related industries (RENOLIT is one of the initiating members), with the participation of the German Association for Quality Assurance and Certification (RAL), to jointly formulate the industry standard for film-clad plastic steel windows RAL-GZ 716.
• This standard requires the materials, processing technology and product quality of laminated steel windows.
• The quality assurance and performance of RENOLIT EXOFOL are based on the requirements of RAL-GZ 716.
• RENOLIT's certificates are tested by the independent testing organization SKZ (Germany).
• Manufacturing companies must be audited every 5 years to prove their compliance with the requirements of RAL-GZ 716, RENOLIT has been audited twice.

EXOFOL MX SERIES
• MX Mask: 50μm PMMA layer, good processing performance, can withstand high temperatures, UV rays, strong sunlight, resistant to solvents and common chemicals
• MX Backing Film: Addition of a fully colored PVC layer that reflects infrared rays, and the use of a multi-molecular polymer softener that makes the film soft and easy to process, does not easily release free, does not affect peel strength, and is very environmentally friendly.
• EXOFOL products have been on the market for over 30 years.
PRODUCT TESTING
Artificial xenon lamp aging test weathering test
• All RENOLIT's outdoor film products (every color) are tested for weather resistance before they are released to the market to ensure that all outdoor products can effectively withstand the sun's strong rays, as well as the effects of humid climate.
• Tests are conducted in man• made harsh environments, with the sunlight test being conducted using an X• ray UV machine.
• Weatherability is the color stability of the film against the effects of sunlight (especially UV rays) and humidity.
• Weatherproofing is certified by (SKZ), the Southern German Quality Control Center, an independent research institute, and all RENOLIT outdoor films far exceed the professional test standards of RAL GZ 716.
• Passed the 12,000 hours weathering test of the National Testing Center for Chemical Building Materials in China.
