TRYBA has always been committed to providing high-end users with better quality window and door products.
Recently, the technical and delivery team of TRYBA China was invited by our international partners,SwissFineLine and Reynaers, to start a half-month long study visit to Europe.
Our group started from Shanghai and visited Zurich, Switzerland first, and then traveled to Belgium. During this trip, we not only got to know the advanced technology and products of SwissFineLine and Reynaers, but also had the opportunity to experience the customs and traditions of Europe. This activity is not only a trip to improve professional skills, but also a valuable opportunity to learn more about European culture and international cooperation. The following is the insight of this European study visit.
Our journey started from Shanghai, changed planes through Hong Kong and finally arrived in Zurich. In Hong Kong, we had 8 hours of connecting time, and we all decided to enjoy the beauty of the legendary Victoria Harbor first. We were impressed by the bustle of Victoria Harbor and the light show.
After a long 13-hour flight, we finally arrived in Zurich. The jet lag and long flight made us feel a bit tired, but the fresh air and beautiful scenery of Switzerland soon refreshed us. The hotel we stayed in was a typical European style building with excellent insulation, all solid wood windows and doors, triple glazing, and standard shading grills, making the room warm and cozy.
In Switzerland, we first visited swissFineLine. As the only partner of TRYBA in China, we knew the importance of this learning experience. swissFineLine's training focuses on high-precision installation techniques for single product customization, which allows them to have many of the industry's top patented technologies in specific areas, each of which is optimized for the best possible performance.
The interior of the factory is highly mechanized and the environment is spotless. The workshop is well organized and all materials and accessories are neatly visited with detailed instructions. The working atmosphere is light and pleasant, there is a sound system in the workshop, and the employees work with headphones on and greet us with smiles when they meet us.
There was a little episode that impressed all of us, they used a kind of non-flammable cotton to fill the gap between the cement and the door frame, this kind of material is not common in China, the other colleague led us directly to the warehouse, and used a lighter to light to test the fire resistance. When discussing the level meter, the trainer immediately contacted other colleagues in the workshop to bring the instruments they used to the training room for demonstration. During this visit, swissFineLine fully demonstrated the professionalism and seriousness of the Swiss people, which was really admirable and touching.
After Switzerland, we traveled to Belgium to visit Renaissance. Renaissance focuses on providing complete system solutions for a wide range of their products, but this time the focus was only on Hifinity training. During the hands-on session, some off-standard, upgraded components were used, but the trainers were not fully familiar with such details and needed to be discussed and resolved with them. Although there were some minor problems during this process, it deepened our understanding and memorization of the technology and process.
The working atmosphere at Renaissance is also relaxed, and there is also a sound system in the workshop, which is accompanied by lighter music towards the end of the day. When visiting the workshop, we were required to change into appropriate shoes and overalls, and stationery and workshop gloves were prepared in advance for the training process, so the system was perfect.
The tool configuration of Renaissance is equally impressive. Different instructors are responsible for different countries and regions to train the team, and each of them has a tool trolley with various types and specifications of tools neatly listed inside.
European insights
Bern, the capital of Switzerland, and the natural beauty of Switzerland
In Switzerland's capital city of Bern when down to take a stroll, get off the first feeling of shock, this is the capital? This is not just a palm-sized town, there is no domestic skyscrapers in the north, there is just a clean mess of ordinary streets, European-style buildings (up to 5-6 floors), sparse pedestrians on the road, even more shocking is that there are no traffic lights, even more shocking is that some people actually go to drink the water in the middle of the street fountain.
In Switzerland, we deeply feel the Swiss side of the scenery is good, high quality, courtesy of pedestrians is completely engraved in the bone, the car is still far from the pedestrians have stopped to wait for pedestrians to pass first. This is to give a great praise.
Brussels Grand Place
Belgium has brought us a more intense historical and cultural atmosphere, Brussels Square and Lille's old neighborhoods make people seem to travel back to the long river of history. We also visited the headquarters of the European Union, where we ate ravioli, probably because of the lack of mom's taste, eating is not very happy, potatoes do not smell? The burger didn't taste good? We had to finish what we ordered with tears in our eyes.
TRYBA's international vision and talent development
